Employees have the freedom to select any dentist, however claims are paid on UCR (Usual Customary Rate) We query dentists in your region and present the average rates that should be charged per procedure. For example, if an employee decides to use a "Rock Star Dentist” and a cleaning in that geographical area only costs $125, that is all such a dentist will be paid.

First we suggest you model the Self Funding on the current plan in place. We will also work with you to evaluate an appropriate dental plan, given your industry, location, and benefits budget.
